Staff is very friendly and professional, they seemed to care about every single dog and listened to everything I had to say.
The place is very clean and you can see your dog through the camera at all times.
Overall, the best pet hotel I ever seen in Vancouver, highly recommend!

Everything! I love how fast you are at responding to appointments, cancelations etc. I lvoe that we have the opportunity to see our pets through the camera. I love that it opens early too. My dog love dogtopia!

Great service and very nice to deal with…

It’s different and a bit inconvenient that I need to reserve the daycare prior. I used to be able to drop off my dog on the morning. However I understand if this reservation system helps with keeping the dog numbers manageable.

The best place your dogs can stay safe. Lucky goes there and we really like this place !

Luna has spent many days and nights with all of you. We were so happy and grateful when we borded Luna there for 1 month. You all took great care of her and knew it was hard for her but you all got her through it and us lol.

Luna is 10 months now and she is growing into a beautiful Boston.

Fantastic groomer and great staff that speak People and dog!

I like how you have the dogs separated based on their size, and personalities. I also like being able to log in and check in on him via the camera/app.

The staff truely understand a dogs behavior. Excellent customer service, and reasonable price.
