Marketing Manager – New Store Opening

Dogtopia is the leading dog daycare provider with more than 170 locations operating in 35 states of the USA and Canada, with another 250 in the development pipeline to open. Dogtopia is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Manager to join the team and assist with projects related to pre-opening and post-opening marketing for our franchisees. This position is based in our Support Office in Phoenix, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create checklists for each new Dogtopia daycare location
• Assist Senior Marketing Manager with platform set-up and troubleshooting
• Creation and ordering of marketing materials
• Update WordPress website
• Provide input on local marketing recommendations through thoughtful demographic research
• Work closely with digital agency to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct competitive analysis on an ongoing basis, staying on top of new marketing trends and franchising
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing tactics and leads generations
• Assist franchisees on developing pre-opening marketing plan and optimize strategy for opening daycare
• Ability to act independently while working with a team effectively

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a marketing specialist
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management software
• WordPress and Constant Contact experience is a plus
• Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising experience
• Google Analytics experience
