Regardless of sun protection measures, all dogs need to regulate their internal temperature after playing outside in warm weather. Bringing them indoors or into the shade allows their body temperature to return to a healthy resting level, preventing overheating.
The Dogtopia Foundation enables dogs to positively change the world. To accomplish this, we currently are funding programs focused around three worthy causes: Service Dogs for Veterans, Therapy Dogs for Students, and Employment Initiatives for Adults with Autism.
