Look for puppy warts inside the mouth between the lips and gumline or on the tongue. The warts will look like small pink cauliflower or pale raspberries. The number and size can vary, and they are not dangerous, but this virus is contagious to other dogs. Most cases will resolve on their own within six weeks. If no improvement has been observed in this time, please check in with your veterinarian.
