PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSOR

The Dogtopia December Meet & Greet Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Dogtopia Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be new Dogtopia daycare clients who complete a Meet & Greet evaluation at any participating Dogtopia location during the Promotion Period. Employees of Dogtopia Enterprises, its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes upon completion of a Dogtopia Meet & Greet evaluation between December 1–31, 2025, at any open Dogtopia location in the U.S. A Meet & Greet may be scheduled by phone or online at www.dogtopia.com. The Meet & Greet must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025, to qualify. Some Dogtopia locations may charge a nominal evaluation fee; however, no purchase of daycare or additional services is required to enter or win. The cost of a Meet & Greet, if applicable, is set by each participating location and does not affect an Entrant’s odds of winning. Limit: one (1) entry per household. Entrants who do not comply with any of the promotion rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) week of free daycare for one dog at the Dogtopia location where the winner completed the Meet & Greet (the “Prize”). The Prize is subject to all restrictions of daycare at the applicable Dogtopia location, including continued eligibility of the dog to participate in daycare. The approximate retail value of the Prize varies by location but is $400 USD or less. The Prize may be redeemed only at the Dogtopia location where the winner completed the Meet & Greet and must be used within 90 days of award notification. If the Meet & Greet evaluation did not result in a pass, the winner can transfer the prize or collect $200 Visa gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance or use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about January 7, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided during their Meet & Greet registration. The winner must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the stated time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

SPONSOR’S DISCRETION

All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, winner grants Dogtopia Enterprises and participating franchisees the right to use their name, dog’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize use. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these promotion rules, or modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the promotion.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner’s name (first name, last initial, and city/state) may be announced on Dogtopia’s official website or social media channels following verification.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
