  • Why should I enroll in one of Dogtopia’s weekly wellness plans?
    Similar to a child in daycare, it’s important to keep your furry child on a consistent routine of socialization, education and exercise. Our wellness programs allow you to enroll your pup in daycare every week and receive the best price. Meanwhile your pup gets to play in a consistent playgroups of well socialized dogs. They gain BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever) and you'll have peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and comfortable environment developing positive behavior they can show off at home. All at a savings.
  • Do you require a contract?
    When you enroll in a weekly wellness plan, you sign an agreement that allows Dogtopia of Madison West to auto-bill your card on file beginning on the commencement date through to the end of the calendar year. By enrolling, you are guaranteed pricing for the calendar year. You may cancel your enrollment with a two-week notice or upgrade/downgrade or pause up to four weeks a year without losing your dog's reservation.
  • How often am I billed?
    Billing is small, easy, weekly payments. You will get billed once a week on Sunday. Daycare services are non-taxable.
  • What if I miss a week or a day?
    We understand that issues arise that may require an absence. There are four “pause weeks” available to each dog during the year. Your enrollment will pause for up to a total of four weeks with no payment during that time. Requests to pause must be submitted in writing by the Saturday prior to week to be paused. Your four week maximum is not including extenuating circumstances such as illness or injury. Please contact a Manager for unforeseen circumstances. Each enrollment plan provides access to a total number of plays per week according to your dog's schedule. If you are not able to bring your dog to daycare on their reserved day, you may request to reschedule to a different day that week; however, occupancy may restrict your options and rescheduling is not guaranteed.  Just like with children's daycare, if you have not paused for the week and have not been approved for a rescheduled reservation, you are still responsible for the reservation that was not used; we do not refund or pro-rate enrollment payments for unused plays.
  • Does my wellness plan offer any discounts on other services?
    Enrollment provides you with the absolute best price on our daycare and boarding services as well as discounted extended drop off and pick up hours. With that savings, you'll be able to try and enjoy our other offerings, including spa, grooming and our treat programs.
  • How does boarding work with enrollment?
    Any dog enrolled in a weekly wellness plan receives priority scheduling for boarding. Dogs enrolled in 1, 2 or 3 plays per week received $10 off/night for their boarding rate for $65/night. For dogs on an unlimited plan, boarding is only $35/night. All other rates and policies apply. You do not need to pause your enrollment plan for the week of your dog's boarding stay. We will automatically apply any pro-rated enrollment payment from the week of check in as a credit against your boarding costs. If your dog's boarding stay extends through a Sunday night, we will also deduct that Sunday's enrollment payment from the cost of the boarding in anticipation of the charge. Think of this as "Passing Go" in Monopoly. If you decide to schedule your dog for daycare the week of check out, you would pay your discounted daily rate on those days. This allows you to freely make adjustments to your dog's daycare schedule to accommodate the boarding stay without losing money.
  • Is my dog required to attend daycare the same days each week?
    Yes, this is necessary in order for us to guarantee your dog's access to play. Additionally, it is best for your dog that they maintain a regular weekly schedule. Dogs thrive on consistency and standard playgroups meaning they will have a better chance of building their confidence, making friends, and growing their skill set. Regular schedules promote more positive behavior.
  • Can I change my plan?
    Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan a total of four times during the calendar year. You may not pause or change your plan on a daily basis. All pause or plan change requests must be received in writing prior to the Sunday preceding the week to be paused. You may cancel your plan at any time with two-weeks written notice. There are no additional charges or fees to cancel beyond the two-weeks of the notice.
  • Can I purchase more days without changing my plan?
    Yes. Additional daycare days may be purchased without changing your plan and we will honor your full day daycare rate as outlined by your specific wellness plan. Half days may be added at the standard pay per play rate.
  • Can I pause my plan?
    Yes. You have the ability to pause your plan for a total of four weeks per year at no charge. All pauses require a one-week minimum. Please email your Dogtopia location to pause your plan or let us know during your next daycare drop off.
  • How do I cancel?
    We ask for a two-week written cancellation notice to cancel your plan.
  • Can both of my dogs use one plan?
    We allow one dog per wellness plan. If you have two dogs, you’ll need to purchase two plans. Our weekly wellness plans already offer our best rates and the quality of the services will be the same for both dogs.
  • Will I get a receipt?
    Yes, you’ll receive an email each week notifying you of the charge to your credit card.
  • Can my wellness plan be used at another Dogtopia?
    Not at this time.
