Madison West Dog Spa & Grooming

Pamper your pup in style at Dogtopia of Madison West’s modern spa, which offers standalone or play & pamper appointments! Let our certified professionals treat your dog to a bath, blow dry, and thorough coat brushing. Other basic hygiene services we offer include nail services, ear cleanings, and toothbrushing. We use hypoallergenic shampoos, conditioning coat mists, and products specially designed to be safe to use on dogs.

Dog grooming is more than just running a brush through your dog’s fur. It requires training and a detail-oriented, caring pet professional to make sure every part of your dog is attended to. Our certified groomer has over three years experience, and she helps dogs of all breeds become comfortable with her services by using treats (when allowed) and positive reinforcement to make the grooming experience an enjoyable one for your dog!

Our standard grooming service includes bath, nail trim or dremel, ear cleaning, breed-specific groom, and brush-out. Additional add-ons include de-shedding, toothbrushing, and gland expression. Have a puppy who’s new to grooming? Ask us about our Introduction to Grooming 101 package!

All groomed dogs receive a wellness report card evaluating skin and coat condition as well as ears and teeth. Don’t know how frequently your dog needs to be groomed? Our groomer will help you figure out a schedule that fits your dog’s individual needs.

Recommended frequency

The frequency of any hygiene service is personal to your dog based on lifestyle, breed, and wellness. In general, however, we recommend nails be trimmed on a monthly basis, ears cleaned biweekly, and teeth cleaned weekly. Not sure of your dog’s need? Request a wellness check during their next play! Recurring appointments can be scheduled for your dog during the calendar year based on their play schedule (services completed prior to pick up) or based on your general availability if you are not a daycare client. Your dog does not need to utilize our daycare services to receive a spa pampering at Dogtopia!

Scheduling Spa & GROOMING Services

Standalone SPA appointments

Mon-Fri 7:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. | Sat 10 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.

Call, email, or place a request through your online account (desktop or phone app) to schedule your dog’s spa service. You will drop off your dog at the time of their appointment and pick up after the service is complete. All dogs do need to be current on vaccines including rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. Even if your dog is not utilizing our boarding or daycare services, we recommend they receive the canine influenza vaccine and have a negative fecal test result annually.

PLAY & PAMPER

Available on your dog’s daycare day or during their boarding stay and reserved by pickup time.

Requests taken same day at drop-off or in advance via phone, email, or your online account (desktop or phone app). Your dog will be pulled from the playroom to perform the service based on your provided pickup time. If your dog is receiving a bath or brush-out, they will not be returned to the playroom after the service. Please update us if your pickup time changes.

Don’t want to wait around for your dog to be groomed? If your dog has successfully completed their Meet & Greet, they can be pampered and play all in the same day! Note that if your dog is scheduled for their grooming on a day they play, they will return to the room after the groom is complete in order to continue their play. If you do not wish this, please schedule their grooming on a day separate from play.

Your dog does not need to be a daycare client in order to be groomed at Dogtopia, but they do need to be current on rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. We prefer they also have been vaccinated for canine influenza and have had a negative fecal result in the last year.
