Dogtopia Refer-A-Friend Program – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Eligibility

During the Promotional Period, U.S. and Canadian Pet Parents can refer their friends to Dogtopia and the Pet Parent making the referral (the “Referrer”) will receive a reward (a “Promotional Discount”) for referring the new Pet Parent (the “New Pet Parent”). Both the Referrer and the New Pet Parent will receive a $20 Promotional Discount on Dogtopia services for a completed Meet & Greet and an additional $50 Promotional Discount on Dogtopia services for a new enrollment into any level of Wellness Plan (weekly or monthly enrollment). To refer a friend, the Referrer must:

• Sign up for the Dogtopia Refer-a-Friend Program online and input your contact information. Ensure that the email you use is the same one on file with Dogtopia to ensure rewards are automatically applied to your account.
• Share your unique link with a friend via email, text, Facebook or otherwise.
• Your friend must sign up through the Referrer’s unique link for a Meet & Greet
• Your friend must use the same email address and phone number when signing up for a Meet & Greet and signing up for a Wellness Plan.

Except where prohibited by law, the Refer-A-Friend Program (this “Promotion”) is open to all legal residents of the United States, Canada and its territories. Employees of Dogtopia Enterprises, LLC and their immediately family members and Franchisees of Dogtopia, and their respective employees and their employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

If a New Pet Parent has more than one dog, each dog can participate in the program and receive and apply Promotional Discounts.  However, only one Meet & Greet Promotional Discount and one Wellness Plan enrollment Promotional Discount will be allowed per dog during the Promotion Period across all participating Dogtopia locations.

There is no limit to the number of Promotional Discounts that a Referrer can earn by referring friends.

Redemption of Promotion Discount Credits

Promotional Discounts can be applied to any Dogtopia service or product available at a Dogtopia location.

Promotional Discounts cannot be applied to online product purchases or purchases on DogtopiaShop.Com or donations to the Dogtopia Foundation.

If a New Pet Parent’s dog does not pass the Meet & Greet, then that New Pet Parent can apply their Promotional Discount to spa, grooming, or training services or products purchased at a participating Dogtopia location.

Promotional Discounts can be earned and redeemed at any Dogtopia location. The Referrer and the New Pet Parent do not need to attend the same Dogtopia Location.

If a Pet Parent pauses or cancels an existing Wellness Plan or has cancelled a Wellness Plan in the last 12 months before starting a new Wellness Plan, then that Pet Parent cannot receive additional Promotional Discounts for restarting or initiating a new Wellness Plan.

Promotional Period

The “Promotional Period” begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on December 15, 2025. Dogtopia may terminate this Promotion at any time at its discretion without providing notice.

Referrals and Qualifications

Any U.S. or Canadian citizen Pet Parent is eligible to participate by acting as a Referrer in the Promotion. Friends referred by current U.S. or Canadian citizens must reside in the U.S. or Canada.

The New Pet Parent must not have been a Dogtopia customer during the past 12 months at the time of the Meet & Greet.

Promotional offers are unique and cannot be combined. All rewards are to be rewarded once conditions are met and do not hold any cash value.

Additional Terms

• This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. If, in Dogtopia’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, electronic or non-electronic tampering or unauthorized intervention with any portion of this promotion, or if fraud or technical difficulties of any sort (e.g., computer viruses, bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Dogtopia reserves the right to terminate the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Dogtopia website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be in violation of the U.S. or Canadian criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from the promotion. Should such an attempt be made, Dogtopia reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuing criminal prosecution.
• By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
• By participating in this Promotion, you forever, fully, and irrevocably release and hold harmless Dogtopia and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion.
• Dogtopia is not responsible for: technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; printing, typographical, electronic or human errors, which may occur in the offer or administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to participants’ computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion.
• You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Phoenix, Arizona; You submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Arizona for any such dispute and irrevocably waive any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
• SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participants or Dogtopia in connection with the promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
