On your dog’s first day with us, we’ll do a quick 20–30 minute Meet & Greet to help them feel comfortable and allow our team to get to know them better. Please bring your pup on a leash with a collar or harness when you arrive. During the evaluation, our trained staff will complete a wellness check, interact with your dog, ensure they’re comfortable with crates (used for naps, meals, and boarding), and observe how they play with dogs of different sizes and personalities.
You’re welcome to stay, take a tour, and watch the playrooms on our cameras, or if you’re short on time, you can drop your dog off and we’ll call you with an update. The process is simple, stress-free, and designed with your pup’s happiness and safety in mind.
