They always do a good job trimming my dogs nails. She is very wiggly but they have extra people to help hold her.
Very helpful staff. Friendly environment when you walk in. Like to watch our dog on camera app while at work. Nice area’s for different a activity. Staff is always ready at drop off and pickup. Love to hear staff call him by name. Feel very appreciative of the facilities and confident on leaving him with staff in their care.

We did have a bad experience once though where you guys closed for a day unexpectedly and we’d been counting on you to watch our dog. It really threw a wrench in our plans and we felt there wasn’t adequate notification. We’d had a reservation and everything. That was bad.
Our dog Roman gets so excited to come to Dogtopia, and the staff is so nice and accommodating!
Ollie is always happy to visit and the caregivers are always cheerful, helpful, efficient. Ollie loves them.

All the staff have always treated our little one Andre’. With care, concern and love for over the past year at Madison west Dogtopia. We believe Andre’ feels it is his home away from home to see, and play with all his furry, and human friends. Thanks again for taking such good care of Andre’!
