It would be nice if the pups could go outside more often. I know weather does dictate some of the time outside.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drop off and pickup is fast.

I recently started daycare and train at Dogtopia, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed how accommodating the staff were. They greeted me and my dog, Archie, with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel right at home.

The level of kindness shown to us by the staff was exceptional. They took the time to understand Archie’s needs and made sure he was comfortable and happy throughout our visit. One staff member, Tajanay, went above and beyond in her duties. Not only did she provide care for Archie, but she also took the time to engage him when I was tardy. Her dedication and passion for animals shone through, and it made a significant difference in our experience.

The facility itself is impressive, with plenty of space for dogs to play, socialize, and receive the care they need. It’s evident that the team at Dogtopia genuinely loves what they do.

Dogtopia is a great place for dog owners looking for a welcoming and nurturing environment for their pets. I’m grateful to Tajanay and the rest of the staff for their outstanding service. If you’re in need of a safe and loving place for your furry friend, look no further than Dogtopia!

All the staff genuinely love what they do, they are great with the animals – from small to large, a d they truly care about the dog parents and how they are doing. I wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere but here.

The kindness of the staff! Yes, you offer a lot of great services, but honestly having a new puppy and coming in for the grooming when I was feeling incredibly self-conscious if I was doing things right, also being overly exhausted from him crying all night ,you have answered all of my questions without judgement . All of the staff greeted him like an old friend (or pup). I am so excited for his meet and greet and to hopefully start daycare with you.

They took their time for our dogs meet and great, attentive to our dogs, and now they have joined daycare!!! Great place to trust with our dogs and love the webcams.

It was only our first time at this Madison west Dogtopia with Andre’. Since we transferred from our previous Canton Dogtopia in Baltimore MD. We are thrilled that Andre’ has found a new place to play, have spa treatments, and make new friends again. The staff has been wonderful welcoming our Dogtopian Andre’ and us to Madison. Thanks again for everything. We look forward to a continued friendship with dogtopia.
