Dogtopia does a good job of taking care of my dog and that’s what you want from a dog daycare. They are able to give individual attention to dogs even in a group setting.

I do worry about changes at Dogtopia that have happened over the past one-two years. There used to be passport days, back to school days, Santa visits, and other “special events” that have all stopped. I am unsure why they ended but I hoping these “special events” and/or maybe new ones will come back to Dogtopia soon.

The cameras are not sufficient, they freeze up often and there are many times when they don’t come up at all. The payment system doesn’t allow me to put my preferred card on file.

-disappointment the training program ended abruptly. I feel I did not get my money’s worth due to the early termination.
-sometimes the wait time in the morning is too long. It doesn’t happen often, though, so a minor thing.
-webcam connection is usually poor, but lately it has improved! It would be nice to have more angles, including a camera low in the ground to see pups up close as the pass by.
-it would be nice to see the webcam available during nap time…

Everyone is so kind and genuinely love my dog. She is such a happy dog and even more so since we started coming there

Convenient hours for drop off and pick up. Trained employees that supervise the dogs.

Great staff that seems to know my dog, flexible hours and availability for added days. Pricing is reasonable. All in all a great deal and a place my pup loves to go!

Very professional, dependable, clean, and very caring to Belle. We appreciate all of the canine coaches knowledge in working with the dogs and doing training exercises. You work with Belle’s anxieties and see her for the happy, loving dog she is. Our family appreciates you.

Everything has been wonderful. Great daycare hours, easy to schedule boarding and grooming . The staff is always welcoming to us on arrival and pick up.
