I think maybe a little more information at “pick up.” It seems as if it was rushed and they just wanted to get us out of there.
Well, aside from how easy and accommodating scheduling is, the staff is amazing! My dog is always so excited to come play- everyone knows his name and personality. The staff are caring, dedicated and knowledgeable. Even though it’s a drop-off/pick-up service, I never feel like I’m being rushed through. Incredible, incredible staff!
Love Dogtopia! Excellent experience. The staff are so nice, and I know Roman comes home tired and happy! We had a little snafu over the holidays when I called about daycare, was told I could bring in the next two Saturdays (because weekdays were full), and then when I got there the first week, it was closed. So fortunate that the staff member called the manager, who said Roman was allowed. (I would have had a revolt on my hands if we’d been turned away for sure, lol!) The next Saturday, I called first and found it was still closed. So I guess that communication could have been a little better. But we have an unusual circumstance with our coming and going so often from Madison to Los Angeles, and the staff are so helpful about that. It’s so comforting knowing that Roman will get his exercise and social time while he’s so well taken care of, and is clearly loved by the staff as much as he loves them. Thank you!
