Neil Gill, President and CEO of Dogtopia recently sat down to be interviewed by Steve Farber, bestselling author of the popular business books The Radical Leap and Greater Than Yourself. The two discussed the important factors that go into creating a successful culture within a business.

Neil talked about both the challenges and the successes he has had since taking over at Dogtopia in 2015. He also outlined three tips he and his team employed that helped build Dogtopia’s unique cultural personality. These tips can be used whether the company is a dog daycare with more than 40 locations across North America or a one-factory business that makes widgets.

“I went to teams and said, ‘I’m here to learn. I’m new to the dog world. Teach me everything I can learn,'” Gill told Farber.
