The Franchise Times, one of North America’s leading franchise-focused business publications, has named Dogtopia the Best Pet Franchise To Buy in their first annual Zor Awards.

The awards, which are given out every March, are designed to help guide potential franchisees towards the companies that are performing well in their respective industry. For this year’s awards, there were 10 categories, including personal wellness, indoor playgrounds, fast-food restaurants and the animal care industry.

To win in this highly competitive category, Dogtopia beat out over 650 other franchises. Winners were decided by the magazine’s research team based on financial information provided, knowledge of each company’s management teams and analyst reports for each brand.
